Massage description
Each massage lasts at least 4 minutes. After this time the body part that has been massaged, begins to shape! The duration of the session is adjusted individually.
1. Feet
That is the only massage limited to 4 minutes. It relieves pain and tension. Each session starts with a feet massage.
2. Calf
It relieves muscle tension, shapes calves.
3. Front and outside of the thighs
It reduces fat
4. Inner thighs
It strengthens inner thigh muscles. It is essential and desirable during every session.
5. Back of the thighs
It reduces fat, strengthens thigh, hip and buttock muscles, shapes buttocks. The duration of the massage varies depending on the amount of fatty tissue and cellulite.
6. Buttocks
It reduces fat, strengthens buttock muscles, shapes and lifts buttocks
7. Hips and waist
It shapes your figure.
8. Belly
The massage stiffens belly muscles, also recommended after pregnancy and diets. We do not massage the stomach!
9. Back
It relieves pain and tension in the back. During the massage the patient should either sit on the floor or on his knees.
10. Hands and arms
We start massaging the hands and then go up massaging the forearms. The massage reduces fat.
